About The Position

We are seeking a CNA/DCA for our Senior Living and Memory Care facility. This role involves providing direct care and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. We are looking for compassionate individuals who can assist with daily living activities and contribute to a positive living environment. Training is available for those without a DCA certificate.

Requirements

• Must have or be able to obtain a DCA certificate (training provided if no certificate).
• Must have a Nurse Aide certificate.
• Must have a C.N.A.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.
• Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Tazewell, VA 24651 before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, changing incontinent products, transferring, lifting, and assisting with meals.
• Answering resident call bells and responding to their needs.
• Assisting residents to and from activities.
• Providing care and love to residents.
• Communicating with other staff, residents, families, and professionals respectfully.
