About The Position
We are seeking a CNA to join our Dermatology Clinic as a CNA/Medical Scribe. In this role, you will work closely with providers to document patient encounters, medical histories, exam findings, and treatment plans in real time, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in clinical documentation. Additional responsibilities may include rooming patients, preparing exam rooms, and coordinating patient follow-ups. This role involves performing delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel for the achievement of the patient's plan of care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Nebraska.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire (must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program).
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of computer data entry and word processing.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
