About The Position
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Long-Term Care Nurse to join our team. We are currently seeking experienced individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care in a supportive environment. Key Details Start Date: As soon as possible Primary Shift: 12-night shifts Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36 hours Optional Housing: Available in Alabama
Requirements
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to residents, including but not limited to: Conducting assessments and developing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring residents’ health and documenting changes in conditions.
- Providing education and support to residents and their families.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
