Requirements

At least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or has worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
No attendance issues
Believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients

Responsibilities

Perform personal and companion care - provides hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provides consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client.
Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
Clock in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing.
Observe clients recognize changes in their behavior or health, then notify the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary.
