About The Position
Join WesleyLife and Help Revolutionize the Aging Experience! As a CNA/CMA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications. You will provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. You will conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications. You will facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. You will ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. You will communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. Open Shifts Available: 1st shift (6:00a-2:30p) PT 2nd shift (2:00p-10:30p) PT
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- An active CNA license in the state of Iowa
Nice To Haves
- CMA preferred but not required
- Prior experience in LTC preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
