Under the general direction and supervision of the Clinic Administrator and/or Provider, prepares patients for clinical encounters to include patient screening and collection of health history, as well as coordinates and follow-up on patient care. This role involves performing clinical procedures, assisting providers, managing patient follow-up, and maintaining medical equipment. The position also requires accurate documentation, coordination with other departments, and adherence to company policies.
