About The Position
Haddon Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide high-quality, in-home care to our clients. Caregivers work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and deliver essential personal care and support services in a home setting. Haddon Home Care is a well-established home care agency in New Jersey and is excited to be expanding into Pennsylvania. Our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. Requirements
- Active PA CNA or CHHA certification
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift/transfer up to 200 lbs with assistance
Nice To Haves
- 1 year experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Mobility and ambulation assistance per care plan
- Medication reminders (self-administered only)
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow and document care per Plan of Care
- Report any changes in client condition
