About The Position

Allegro Harrington Park is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA), Caregivers, and Resident Assistants to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Requirements

• Active NJ CHHA license or CNA certification
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active NJ CHHA License OR CNA Certification required
• Ability to pass background screening

Nice To Haves

• Compassion for seniors and strong teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Caregiving, assisted living, nursing home, rehab, or home care experience preferred
• Memory care or dementia experience is a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming & mobility
• Assisting with toileting and incontinence care
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders and daily care support
• Documentation of resident services provided
• Communication with nursing and care teams
• Creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment
