About The Position

Allegro Harrington Park is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA), Caregivers, and Resident Assistants to support seniors in their Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active NJ CHHA License OR CNA Certification required.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Nice To Haves

• Compassion for seniors and strong teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Caregiving, assisted living, nursing home, rehab, or home care experience.
• Memory care or dementia experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Providing support with toileting and incontinence care.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with medication reminders and daily care.
• Documenting resident services provided.
• Communicating with nursing and care teams.
• Creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents.
