Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management.
- Assist residents with securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, and use of the telephone.
- Assist residents with dining and attending Juniper programs.
- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
- Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
