CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant
About The Position
Our client, Andrus-on Hudson, a well-respected, innovative organization, with a person-centered care culture, located in lower Westchester County in Hastings-on Hudson, NY, has engaged us to assist them in finding qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join the Nursing team. We want to speak with naturally caring, empathetic CNAs who are focused on providing the best quality of life possible for every patient in their care, with patience, courteousness and tactful interactions with residents, staff, family members and visitors. As a C.N.A, you will be responsible for performing personal care and assistance for our residents and patients and providing outstanding patient-centered care while working collaboratively as a team member, embracing a high level of care, compassion and teamwork.
Requirements
- Current and valid NYS CNA certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Ability to provide comfort to patients with good interpersonal skills - both verbal and in writing
- Team member - with a collaborative, team-based work environment, looking for individuals who embrace a high level of care, compassion and teamwork.
Nice To Haves
- Recent, relevant experience working with the geriatric population a plus; will hire newly certified CNAs
