About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring passionate Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides across the Greater Phoenix area. They offer training for those new to the field. The role involves providing personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, exercises, ambulation, and medication reminders. BAYADA emphasizes compassion, excellence, and reliability in patient care.

Requirements

1+ year of verifiable caregiving experience OR active CNA/LNA certification
Compassion, reliability, and the willingness to learn
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Commitment to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Perform household support tasks: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist with range of motion/exercises.
Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
Provide medication reminders.
