Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Assisted Living We're hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our assisted living team. This is a hands-on care role focused on supporting residents with daily living needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety in a resident-centered environment. Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of employment
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to complete electronic documentation
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and transfers
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility
- Assist with meals, transfers, and daily routines
- Encourage resident engagement and social interaction
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
- Follow individualized care plans and delegated nursing tasks
- Maintain resident safety, privacy, and dignity at all times
