Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA in the state of Missouri.
- Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
- Take care of a Resident’s personal hygiene.
- Set up meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake.
- Make beds & keep the Residents’ space clean and tidy.
- Perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residence.
