About The Position
Juniper Communities is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for its Bucks skilled nursing facility. Care aides provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. The role supports residents in a 17-bed facility and includes assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and communicating with residents, families, and team members. This is a part-time position with available shifts of 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; every other weekend and holiday rotation is required. Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
- Caregiving experience is preferred; one year is listed.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and continence management.
- Help residents secure transportation and make and keep appointments.
- Assist residents with telephone use, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
