About The Position

IMMEDIATELY HIRING HHA’S AND CNA’S IN THE DUNEDIN / OLDSMAR AREA! HIRING BONUS!! We're hiring top-tier CNA's and HHA's, where you can provide direct care to one client at a time versus other acute care settings. Requirements

• Prior experience in a healthcare OR an in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school graduate
• A current CNA license, OR an HHA with one of the following: minimum 40 hour HHA certificate, or ability to pass an HHA competency exam and demonstrate all required skills
• Current Level 2 Background Screen with AHCA
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR card (online courses not accepted)

Responsibilities

• Follow the care plan prepared by our registered nurse. The care plan may include the following: personal hygiene, Showering, bathing, dressing, Medication reminders or assistance with their meds, Ambulation, use of hoyer lift, Errands and transportation, Meal preparation, Assist with physical therapy home exercises as described by their therapist, Light housekeeping, laundry
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Other activities that are essential for daily living and included in their care plan
