About The Position

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care in the Ponte Vedra Beach area. We currently have client care needs in Ponte Vedra and are looking for dependable caregivers interested in recurring weekly and PRN schedules. Current Opportunities include weekday and recurring schedules, daytime client care, PRN opportunities, and additional hours as new local clients become available. This role involves one-on-one care in the client's home.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Social Security card
• Current CPR certification
• Health statement completed within the past 6 months stating “Free of Communicable Diseases”
• Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements

Nice To Haves

• 2-hour Alzheimer's training
• 1-hour HIV/AIDS training
• 2-hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication training
• Required Florida Elder Affairs training

Responsibilities
