About The Position
Concierge Care Agency is actively seeking Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for in-home day shifts in private residences across Jacksonville and its surrounding areas, including North, South, East, West Jacksonville, Orange Park, Middleburg, Macclenny, Palm Coast, St. Augustine, and Palatka. This is a W-2 position offering both full-time and part-time opportunities with consistent, long-term PRN roles. The agency provides a flexible schedule, weekly pay ranging from $18-$22/hour depending on the case, and full office support from onboarding through daily operations. W-2 employees are covered for insurance costs, eliminating the need for personal liability insurance. The agency is an equal opportunity employer and requires all employees to complete a Level 2 background screening.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Social Security card
- A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases
- Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
- Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
- Complete a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and AHCA Clearinghouse
