About The Position
SUNRIDGE ASSISTED LIVING OF ROY is looking for compassionate, fun, energetic individuals to join our caregiving team! We are hiring for all shifts, and have Full Time or Part Time Night positions available.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head
- Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner")
- Possess a love for the elderly
- Have a positive and compassionate attitude
- Background check required upon hire
- Food handlers permit required
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- TB test required
Responsibilities
- Caring for elderly residents
- Assisting residents in all activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Documenting and notifying RCC and nurse of any changes or concerns in residents' condition
- Performing all duties assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator
