About The Position

Freedom Home Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate CNA to provide in-home, one-on-one care for a client in Kenyon, MN. Requirements

• Current or previous CNA certification
• Previous professional caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle of your own
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Availability for day shifts
• Dependable attendance
• Professional and responsive communication
• Ability to reliably commute to Kenyon, MN

• Experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, group homes, PCA services, or other professional caregiving settings

Responsibilities

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Companionship and meaningful interaction
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Accurate care documentation
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Helping the client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
