About The Position
Synergy Homecare of Seminole is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. This role involves providing quality care to seniors and individuals in their own homes within the Pinellas Park, Florida service area. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, dependable, and committed to treating every client with dignity and respect.
Requirements
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Recent TB Test Results.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
- Level 2 Background screening with current fingerprinting.
Nice To Haves
- In-home care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Accompany clients to their appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections).
- Follow care plans and agency protocols.
