About The Position
ComForCare is urgently hiring a CNA/Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home senior care for a client located in Geneva, Illinois. This is a full-time Monday–Friday position with an 8:00 AM shift start, offering a consistent schedule and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with a client while providing personalized care and support. This role is ideal for experienced CNAs, caregivers, home health aides (HHA), and personal care professionals who enjoy helping seniors maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence at home. Requirements
- Active CNA Certification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Private Duty Caregiver preferred.
- Experience with Senior Care
- Experience with Elderly Care
- Experience with Dementia Care
- Experience with Alzheimer’s Care
- Experience with Companion Care
- Experience with Personal Care
- Experience with In-Home Care Services
- Compassionate, reliable, patient, and professional approach to caregiving.
- Ability to pass background check.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Auto Insurance.
- Reliable Transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional in-home care to a senior client.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Provide personal care assistance while maintaining client dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Assist with mobility support, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention.
- Support daily routines including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and household organization.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to improve quality of life.
- Assist with medication reminders and follow established care plans.
- Communicate client updates with supervisors, families, and care teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
