Nurturing Nurses Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers and CNAs to join their team in the South Charlotte area. With a growing number of clients in this area, they are looking for someone local who is ready to provide consistent, one-on-one care and build meaningful relationships with the people they serve. Requirements
- A CNA or experienced caregiver
- Located in or able to reliably travel throughout the South Charlotte area
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable caring for individuals with a variety of needs
- Able to work independently and follow individualized care plans
- Has reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Flexible and willing to work with different clients as needs arise
- Professional, trustworthy, and committed to providing exceptional care
- Genuinely enjoys caring for others and building meaningful client relationships
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
- Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Offer companionship while preserving each client's dignity and independence
