About The Position

Griswold Home Care for Sumter & Kershaw is looking to hire capable, full-time OR part-time Certified Nursing Assistants / CNAs to provide companionship and perform caregiving in the greater NE Columbia area including the communities of Blythewood, Ridgeway, Lake Carolina & Pontiac. Requirements

Active/Valid CNA Certification
Reliable Transportation
Pass Pre-Hire Screenings
Authorized to work in USA
High school diploma or equivalent
Punctual and dependable
Passion for providing elderly care
Respectful and kind

Nice To Haves

2+ years of CNA or home care experience
Time spent caring for a loved one counts as experience
Driving Record & Proof of Insurance (if interested in errands/transportation)

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and perform caregiving
Assistance with daily tasks
Performing light housekeeping duties
Preparing meals
Grocery shopping
Assist with non-medical tasks such as feeding and bathing
Keep a log of the duties you perform during your shift
Submit accurate documentation
Check in with the office often, providing timely updates regarding the needs of your clients
