About The Position

We are hiring a compassionate and dependable CNA Caregiver to join our team at Executive Home Care and provide quality, one-on-one care to seniors throughout Omaha, NE. We provide personalized, non-medical care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, independent, and respected in their own homes. Our clients may include seniors living with dementia, Parkinson’s, or Alzheimer’s.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
19 years of age or older
Previous caregiving experience
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical caregiving tasks
Ability to follow care plans and work well with a team
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Fluent in English
Able to pass a background check
Smartphone required for WellSky timekeeping

Nice To Haves

CNA certification preferred

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation
Provide medication reminders
Assist with safe transfers and mobility
Follow each client’s individualized care plan
Document care provided and report concerns or changes to the care team
