About The Position
Polar Ridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and passionate HHA or CNA to join their growing team. This role involves enriching the lives of seniors in a Lifespark Senior Living Community, specifically at Polar Ridge, a beautiful 114-unit apartment-style community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in North St. Paul, MN. The team is described as fun, passionate, and caring, dedicated to helping residents 'Age Magnificently'.
Requirements
- Compassion towards others.
- Passion for enriching the lives of others.
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
- Assisting with medication administration.
