About The Position

This position offers an opportunity to grow skills in in-home care while making a direct difference with clients. The company is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nurses Aides (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in Aurora, MO, Monett, MO, and surrounding areas. Requirements

• Be a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA)
• Active MO CNA (for higher pay rate)

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
