About The Position

As a CNA with us, you will provide daily care to our residents by supporting their daily activities of living. This includes hygiene assistance and providing emotional support and encouragement, monitoring and reporting changes in health and behavior, and supporting the overall needs of our residents. You will be genuinely interested in supporting our residents and their team members.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the State of Oregon to apply.
Please have reliable means of transportation/commuting to work.
High school diploma or equivalent
Oregon-Issued CNA license
Speak, read and write English fluently
Value and respect of elderly/assisted living
Have consistent attendance/reliable method of transportation
Ability to correspond and document properly in charts and portal
Excellent oral communication, reading comprehension skills, written communication
Lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with seniors is a plus
6 months CNA/caregiver experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with ADLS
Teamwork, cooperation, training & development
Assist clients with personal care, which may include (but not limited to): Bathing/Bathroom Assistance, Morning/Evening Preparations, Morning/Evening Dress and attire
Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and overall needs of clients
Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment for both residents and colleagues
