About The Position

Trinity Terrace is seeking PRN CNA's for our Assisted Living/Memory Support Department! Trinity Terrace, a beautiful and vibrant senior living community that has been serving Fort Worth seniors for more than 100 years, is currently looking for compassionate and friendly CNAs to join our team! This role provides assistance in activities of daily living and completes necessary tasks to promote patient health, including assisting patients with basic hygiene needs, maintaining an optimum level of mobility and assisting patients with nutritional intake, as needed. The CNA will also collect patient data, including vital signs, input/output and other delegated measurements in accordance with unit/facility policy and standards of care. Documentation of objective data and routine aspects of patient care is required, as well as recognizing and reporting abnormalities and/or changes in the patient’s health status and responses to treatment to the licensed nurse. This role promotes continuity of care by accurately and completely communicating to other caregivers the status of patients for which care is provided and provides necessary supplies, support and assistance to medical staff and patients for unit specific procedures, under the direct supervision of a licensed professional.

Requirements

  • Current certification by the Texas State Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • First aid card and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team

Responsibilities
