This position is for a CNA+4 at Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) Medical/Surgical 11A Unit. It is a part-time role, not eligible for benefits, with a flexible schedule covering Sunday through Saturday. The primary responsibilities include assisting patients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, vital signs, feeding, ambulation, maintaining room cleanliness, observing and reporting patient conditions, and orienting patients/families to the unit. The role also involves clerical work and maintaining stock supplies. Additionally, the CNA+4 will perform technical tasks such as administering 12-Lead Electrocardiogram tests, routine venipuncture, and specialized tasks related to Nutrition Activities, Oxygen Therapy, Peripheral IV Fluids, and Urinary Catheter Sterile Technique, as outlined by the NCBON Nurse Aide I+4 process.
