About The Position
At Asbury Grace Park, we are seeking a dedicated CMT (Certified Medication Technician) to join our team. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities while ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained. A key responsibility is the safe and accurate administration of medications across multiple forms as prescribed, adhering to a strict 3-step verification process and ensuring compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Attention to detail
- Protocol adherence
- Availability every other weekend/holidays
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus
- 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred
Responsibilities
