About The Position

Rosewood Rehab & Healthcare strives for excellence! We are looking for CMT- Certified Medical Technician to join our clinical team in maintaining high level resident care. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to resident and maintain related medical records under the supervision of the RN and/or LPN.
Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas.
Feed or assist any resident as needed.
Make frequent rounds and check on residents.
Supervise nurse’s aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately.
Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary.
Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
