Your responsibilities will include administering and assisting with medications, monitoring medical records, promoting resident safety and well-being, and providing direct care when needed. Requirements
- Current Missouri (MO) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license
- A passion for elder care and a team-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Administer and assist residents with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision
- Monitor, document, and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with all regulations
- Promote resident safety and well-being in all aspects of care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Encourage social engagement and foster a positive community environment
- Supervise and support CNA staff and provide direct care when needed
- Transport residents to meals and activities and assist with feeding when required
- Conduct regular resident rounds and follow up on care needs
