Requirements

  • Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, or Cloud Service.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
  • Exposure to web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of API integrations and headless CMS concepts.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs.
  • Basic knowledge of content governance and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Work with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, architects, and development teams to deliver AEM-based solutions.
  • Support AEM implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and test scenarios.
  • Perform user journey mapping and identify opportunities to improve customer digital experiences.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist QA teams during testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and digital experience platform capabilities.
