Requirements

AA/AS or BA/BS in science/engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
1+ years in semiconductor manufacturing; CMP experience preferred.
Basic SPC knowledge and ability to document actions.
Good communication and ability to follow SOPs and complete shift logs.

Responsibilities

Run CMP tools: load wafers, select recipes, and monitor the process.
Troubleshoot basic tool issues and escalate to reduce downtime and keep operations safe.
Check slurry, pads, chemicals, and tool setup before processing lots.
Record process data, follow specs/SPC, and report any out-of-spec results.
Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize lots, and complete clear shift handoffs.
Support engineers with tests, collect metrology data, and help train new technicians.
Do routine checks and PMs, change consumables, and follow cleanroom and chemical safety rules.
