Support our client-dedicated Integrated Facilities Management team through involvement in business systems tied to financial, work order data, facility statistics. Responsible for data governance and management. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, consistently make effective, high quality decisions, and must develop and effectively manage client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business or Computer science
  • Minimum – 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced experience with MS Office suite, and CMMS databases, Visio, Sharepoint
  • Solid data analysis and research skills and experience extracting, tracking, and organizing data from various databases for metrics, reports, etc
  • Excellent communications – written and verbal
  • Presentation skills
  • Regular and predictable attendance in order to support the needs of the business and client
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred – Advanced degree
  • Preferred – 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Solid data analysis and research skills and experience extracting, tracking, and organizing data from various databases for metrics, reports, etc
  • Technical knowledge of building systems, data center, UPS, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.
  • SQL and VBA code experience
  • Preferred – Six Sigma

Responsibilities

  • Management Leads teams on projects
  • Budgeting/Reporting Preparation of detailed budgets for operations
  • Preparation and analysis of regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Performance Management Support operational analysis and performance to ensure flawless execution against KPIs and other associated metrics
  • Work closely with and support Account Leadership and Clients (internal & external) in implementing reporting routines to ensure seamless and timely service delivery
  • Client Service/Satisfaction Develop and maintain positive client relationship
  • Conflict resolution and solution analysis
  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned
