You’ll work closely with Critical Operations, Technical Operations, Reliability Engineering, IT, and other partners to maintain CMMS standards, resolve data and process gaps, support system users, and improve maintenance workflows. The role will also support new site integrations, system implementations, and future CMMS transitions as STACK’s maintenance technology evolves. We’re looking for someone who understands maintenance-management processes, is comfortable working with operational and asset data, and enjoys improving the systems and processes that support mission-critical facilities.

  • Working knowledge of preventive maintenance, work order management, asset records, and maintenance data
  • Strong analytical and data-management skills with demonstrated attention to data accuracy and completeness
  • Experience working with large datasets and using tools such as Microsoft Excel for analysis and validation
  • Ability to identify process and data-quality gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve them
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently within established standards and managing multiple priorities

  • Experience with CMMS implementations, system migrations, asset-data conversions, or system integrations preferred
  • Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, controls, or critical-facility asset hierarchies preferred
  • Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support integration of new sites, assets, expansions, and acquisitions into established CMMS processes and standards
  • Administer and maintain CMMS asset data, equipment hierarchies, preventive maintenance requirements, workflows, and established system configurations
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of asset, preventive maintenance, work order, and maintenance-history data
  • Monitor maintenance compliance and identify overdue, deferred, missed, or inconsistent maintenance for review and resolution
  • Ensure CMMS preventive maintenance requirements align with approved Equipment Maintenance Standards and established maintenance governance
  • Support consistent work order practices, maintenance documentation, failure coding, and equipment-history capture
  • Develop and maintain maintenance and asset reporting to provide visibility into maintenance execution, compliance, backlog, and asset performance
  • Analyze CMMS data to identify data-quality gaps, recurring maintenance trends, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support Reliability Engineering and Technical Operations with maintenance and asset data used for reliability analysis, lifecycle planning, and portfolio health reporting
  • Provide CMMS user support, troubleshooting, training, and process guidance to Critical Operations teams
  • Partner with IT and operational stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Support CMMS implementation, migration, testing, and data-validation activities as platforms and site requirements evolve
