About The Position

Join Quotient Sciences and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence. As the CMMS System Administrator, you will operate and maintain the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), scheduling work for calibration and maintenance activities. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will collaborate across departments, manage external suppliers, and provide training and workflow support to end users. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
5–7 years’ experience with Blue Mountain RAM or similar CMMS platforms preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience within GMP-regulated environments, ISO 9002, or other regulated industries with defined quality systems (e.g., nuclear, cosmetics).

Responsibilities

Serve as the CMMS Subject Matter Expert for the Philadelphia site, delivering system training to new users.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity and user support.
Provide administrative and development support for asset management aligned with site objectives.
Execute System Administrator responsibilities, including configuration, user management, licences, and picklists.
Coordinate calibration and maintenance schedules across multiple departments.
Acquire and process vendor quotes for calibration and maintenance activities.
Manage SOPs and Work Instructions related to CMMS.
Schedule external contractors for preventive maintenance and calibration across Facilities, Manufacturing, and QC.
Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects related to CMMS.
