About The Position

Nesco Resource is sourcing a CMM Quality Inspector for a client in Chesterfield, Michigan. The position involves quality assurance and CMM inspection in an environment that may change frequently. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on a 10-hour shift, or 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on an 8-hour shift, with Saturday work from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. when needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent quality assurance experience.
• CMM quality inspection experience.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Ability to make judgment calls.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to read and understand prints.
• Ability to understand and use standard measurement equipment, including height gauges, calipers, and micrometers.

Nice To Haves

• PC DMIS experience.
• GD&T knowledge and ability.
• CMM experience.
