About The Position

This role offers opportunities to demonstrate exceptional metrology skills in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The CMM Programmer will plan and conduct analysis and inspections to assure the quality of products or components, and will write supporting CMM programs. The position involves communicating significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities to the team and documenting data obtained during all quality assurance activities. The role also requires demonstrating knowledge of basic gage verification and gage calibration.

Requirements

• High School diploma with at least three years of experience in an industrial environment or any combination of education and experience in quality assurance, statistics, or numerical analysis
• Motivation from problem-solving abilities and ability to complete assignments with little supervision
• Ability to create complex CMM Programs
• Experience in a Quality Lab Environment with efficient use of hand measuring tools, open granite set ups
• Strong practical knowledge of GD & T
• Ability to work with computer software and databases such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Capacity to work in a fast paced, multi-functioned environment while maintaining a positive collaborative professional demeanor
