The CMM Programmer will be responsible for programming multiple CMMs to support various machining processes and products. This role involves providing formatted reports for engineering, CNC programs, and operators, interpreting prints developed with GD&T standards, and editing legacy CMM programs. The programmer will also develop probing and fixturing solutions, create SPC feedback software, and utilize Six Sigma tools for process troubleshooting. Additionally, the position includes mentoring entry-level personnel, researching new manufacturing technologies, performing CMM inspections and inspections with various hand gages, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
