Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of three years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Proficiency in CMM setup, operation, and programming.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001, AS9102, and FAR–DFAR requirements.
• Familiarity with quality testing tools and procedures.
• Strong English communication skills, including the ability to write clear and detailed documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills and a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).

Nice To Haves

• Contract manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, programming, and calibrating CMM machines to inspect parts per specifications.
• Performing and documenting inspections at all stages—receiving, in-process, final, and shipping—using precision measuring tools.
• Supporting First Article Inspections (FAIRs), nonconformance reporting (NCRs), and documentation in the ERP system.
• Working closely with Engineering and Production.
• Reviewing and approving MRB dispositions.
• Contributing to corrective actions, audits (AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 14001), and quality improvements.
• Training others in measurement techniques.
• Supporting cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
