About The Position
An experienced CMM programmer/operator is needed for a quality control position. The role involves inspecting parts to determine whether they meet blueprint requirements and are ready to ship or proceed to the next operation. Familiarity with Zeiss Calypso software is preferred.
Requirements
- Experience as a CMM programmer/operator.
- Knowledge of inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, and bore gages.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Zeiss Calypso software.
Responsibilities
- Receive parts for inspection.
- Inspect parts against blueprints using the most applicable process.
- Determine whether parts are correct and ready to ship or proceed to the next operation.
- Perform first-piece inspections.
- Perform in-process inspections.
