About The Position

EPTAM Precision Plastics is seeking a CMM Attendant for the 3rd Shift to join their team in Northfield, NH. This role contributes to the creation of devices used in various medical industry sectors, including biopharma, molecular diagnostics, robot-assisted surgeries, and implantable devices. Requirements

  • High School diploma, general education degree (GED) and/or trade school graduate preferred.
  • No experience necessary, equivalent combinations of education and experience accepted OR demonstrated ability to execute the Essential Functions for this position.
  • Internships and PT experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Operating CMM equipment to meet production requirements.
  • Making suggestions regarding tooling, fixtures, etc., to increase efficiency and improve operations.
  • Loading and operating CMM(s) as required to inspect product.
  • Recalling CMM programs and properly identifying the required fixturing.
  • Calibrating and performing Preventative Maintenance (PM) on CMM(s) as needed.
  • Reading and saving reported data, ensuring the integrity of recorded information.
  • Keeping count of parts and maintaining records by proper electronic filing of CMM reports.
  • Maintaining production flow to meet established schedules.
  • Following specifications and procedures for manufacturing, such as QMS Procedures, work orders, and work instructions.
  • Achieving a classification of Independent or higher on all CMM Attendant competencies.
  • Relating to other people, getting along with co-workers, and responding appropriately to supervisor feedback.
  • Working on various types of automated inspection equipment as assigned.
  • Identifying quality problems in materials.
  • Providing accurate and complete turnover from shift to shift.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping, safe work ethics, and professional conduct.
  • Properly handling all materials, parts, and equipment to prevent damage and loss.
  • Representing the company during customer, internal, and ISO audits, as well as FDA inspections.
  • Understanding the sensitivity of data and taking appropriate measures to protect it.
