About The Position

As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - CMBS Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide strategic guidance to optimize their financial performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver comprehensive consulting services that enhance decision-making and help clients achieve their financial goals. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and managing complex situations. You will guide and mentor junior team members, using your problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and deliver quality work. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience
