About The Position

This unique position will cross train into both our Behavioral Health. The selected applicant will function in a multidisciplinary role at the clinic, focused on clinical and clerical support necessary to providing excellent care and customer service to our clients. Our Behavioral Health services works with adult and pediatric patients. Our diverse team includes a licensed Psychologist, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed Master Social Worker, and Medical Office Clerk. Each of these team members plays an integral part of the process of providing excellent mental health services. These clinics provide consistent and reliable services for our specialized clients. Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant (MA) program or accredited CNA Program
  • Current BLS (AHA) certification
  • AAMA certificate or registry
  • Current Idaho CNA License
  • CMA: Minimum one (1) year experience in outpatient office setting preferred
  • CNA: 1 year in a clinic or hospital setting or 3 years in a long term/extended care

Nice To Haves

  • On the job training for CMA/Behavorial Clinic
  • Any eligible CNA will be enrolled in the Medical Assistance Apprenticeship Program offered through BGH
