About The Position

We are looking for a caring and dependable CMA or LVN to join our Clinics team and help provide exceptional care to the patients and families we serve every day. This role is more than assisting with appointments — it’s about creating a welcoming experience, supporting providers, and helping patients feel cared for, informed, and confident in their healthcare journey.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Current Texas LVN license or Certified Medical Assistant credential required.
Current BLS certification for healthcare providers required.

Nice To Haves

Previous clinic or physician office experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems preferred.
A team player with a compassionate heart and commitment to excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and assist providers during exams, treatments, and procedures.
Take vital signs, perform patient assessments, and support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic.
Administer medications and injections within scope of practice.
Educate patients on medications, procedures, and follow-up care instructions.
Accurately document patient information and communications in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and patient communication with professionalism and compassion.
Support clinic operations by assisting with scheduling, phone calls, supply management, and front office functions as needed.
Collaborate with providers and team members to maintain a positive, patient-centered environment.
