About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with Unity Medical Center to hire a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for their Manchester Rural Health Clinic (MRHC). This is a full-time, day shift opportunity to join a collaborative outpatient team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinic setting.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices
• Experience with EHR systems and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
• Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories
• Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Perform basic clinical and administrative duties to support clinic operations
• Ensure a positive, efficient patient experience
• Follow all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols
