About The Position

As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our Long Island, New York market on a full-time permanent basis as our Cluster Manager, who is responsible for ensuring the concessions within the designated area achieves targets and delivers results with commercial and operational excellence.

Requirements

Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation, preferably in multi-site management
A passion for premium or luxury product helps, but we’re open to all retail backgrounds
Proven track record of increasing overall business performance
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through your team
Highly visual and have excellent commercial product management skills
Able to flex between the customer service, operational, technical and visual elements of the role
Confident working under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve team and individual goals
Great people manager, able to bring the best out of your team
Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Planning the long-term concession goals across multiple locations within Macy's and Bloomingdales
Managing the overall concession operations and performance of various concessions
Leading the concession teams to deliver exceptional customer experience by ensuring a personalized and tailored service is provided
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control to minimize loss
Ensuring that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
Taking responsibility for recruitment and retaining talent
Conducting regular performance reviews and probation reviews
