About The Position

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a part-time Server Assistant to join their team. This role is responsible for running food to tables and bussing tables, with a focus on meeting member and guest service standards and creating memorable experiences. The position requires an individual who enjoys staying active and interacting with people. This role supports the Men's Grille, located inside the men's locker room, and must be filled by a male to ensure member privacy, comfort, and safety.

Requirements

• Current Maricopa Food Handler's Card required
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and follow instructions

Nice To Haves

• Prior F&B experience in a luxury private club, resort, or fine dining restaurant preferred
